Thank you for choosing Envyxtensions 💕 Read my policy throughly and carefully before booking PLEASE ! 1) A $20 non-refundable deposit is required via cashapp $ienvylashae for booking all appointments. As soon as you book , you have 24 hours to send your deposit or your appointment will be canceled, No deposit = NO appointment. 2) All appointments should be booked at least 48 hours in advance , an address will be sent with your confirmation email. Please check them for all appointment info. 3) Absolutely NO cash as remaining payments. Cashapp , Venmo ONLY. 4) Come with clean lashes , and face free of any product and/or oils, if you fail to do so you will be charged for a extra cleaning fee. 5) All appointments MUST be confirmed within 24 of scheduling , failing to do will result in cancellation ! 6) Mask are REQUIRED and NO extra people. 7) After 10 minutes of being late there’s a $10 late fee , after 15 minutes of being late the appointment will be canceled and your deposit is lost. You will have to send a new deposit in order to book again. 8) You have 48 hours to contact me about a problem with your lashes to be fixed with no charge. Anything after 48 hours will be charged. 9. If You’re a No call No show , there’s a inconvenience fee of $30. Same fee also applies for squeeze ins. I WILL charge the card on file for no shows , If the card is insufficient you’ll be banned from booking. You’re deposit is also lost and you will have to send a new one to book again. Day of cancellation fee is also $30. I understand things happen and i will try my best to be understanding, however it is unfair to me to cancel the day of when someone else may have wanted that booking! I charge a $25 cancellation fee for any no shows of cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
